Found this yesterday off Sebastian. Well worn with little markings. I just want some feedback as to the denomination. Is it an 8? Thanks

looks like a coin placed on a RR track
 
Think this one is another British coin? you can tell ive to much time on my hands+ Covid in Ireland, total lockdown!!
