Ok, someone has to ask: where did you find these, how, any historic or age context etc...

There's alot of people on here in the witness protection program it seems. Can't even tell us what country they live in. The rectangular object ? First thing that came to mind because of the studs on the reverse is some sort of an emblem from a car.
