Tried a new corner which yielded mostly modern junk and a but a few keepers, and an unexpected musket ball (best kind). Then I moved on to a junky footpath near an old school and Scout hut. (Dr Tones HT Pattern and Tadpole)
A piece of electrical equipment with POD on it (what is this thing?)
A Musket ball (Brown Bess, 30.4g) Unfired.
A WW1 era merchant navy button.
2 x WW1 General Service military buttons.
A cool looking flower button, + 2 others
A Girl guides whistle (ACME) 1950's
A 'J.J whiskey man' Brass and enamel Pendant Badge (J.R.Gaunt.London) 1930's-50's
Another 2 x 1971 1p coins (I know these are in circulation but apparently there worth a couple quid each so i'm calling them keepers). Can these really be rare? There seems to be a lot of them about.
(1861) Victoria half penny,
Two George V pennies (1981 and god knows) and a half penny (1920),
(1938) George VI ship penny and (1943) Thrupenny bit
(1961) Lizzy penny
A square bit of lead with 'L 3' on it? I think... could be a token, could be a confusingly smushed bit of lead nothing. Any ideas chaps?
Another lead item (which I scarred with my trowel like a twerp). A fishing weight do you think?
and finally a tiny copper bar and a bit of lead with a rust iron spike through it (going in the weird signals box).
A good day. I'm hunting for gold amongst the loads of junk in this area so I'm digging a lot of aluminium too. No gold yet but I can smell it out there. And still the plan worked

Happy digging

UPDATE: The square thing is a bag seal (props to smallfoot in the what is it section)
