Hi,

I recently acquired these 2 coins in a mixed coin lot. I believe that the first coin is a US Copper and there is a head facing right. The second one could be a foreign coin and there is a head facing left. They seem to be made out of a copper/bronze alloy. Any insight into what they could be is appreciated.

Thank you,
Jack

Hi,

The diameters of both are around 30 mm long in terms of the length.

I don't have any idea... not enough detail on either of them to hazard a guess! Thanks for posting.

I will try and clean them more. The first one could be a Vermont State Copper. Now that I am looking at it more closely, the second coin could be a 10 centesimi from Italy.

Thanks to all who replied. I strongly believe that the coin on the left is a Hibernia half penny after viewing pictures on coinquest.
