Coinstar Brockage

I found this in a coinstar a while back. Am I correct in calling this a brockage? I don't know much about coins, let alone error coins. I learned that term trying to figure out what to call this. The picture shows both sides, both with the reversed obverse. Can anyone tell me more about this coin? i.e- if it's a brockage is there a more specific term for one on both sides? Double brockage? Also, how unusual are these? And of course, is it worth something?
