Cold day on the Lake Michigan lake shore

[IHC656]

Hand full of vintage pull tabs. (The retiree’s from my Union are saving pull tabs for something) I am going to dump these in their bucket and see if I get them laughing.
And I some cheap earrings and ring.
Plus 76 cents. It was not until I got home that I found I had a 1946 wheat cent.
Oh my fingers where numb…

Blue cent? steel 44?

It is a 1946 copper. Apparently the Lake and sand here makes it tarnish a little different.
All the old pull tabs are also a dull grey.

Nice finds. Pull tabs remind me of back in the day when people mad door hangings out of pull tabs!

[Gene Mean]

Nice hunt! And nice clean up on the pull tabs, they look brand new.
