Coleslaw & Salad Dressing
Coleslaw & Salad Dressing
1 egg (beaten)
Pinch of mustard paste
2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1 inch of margarine
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. mayonnaise or mayonnaise dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
Cook first 5 ingredients in double broiler until thickened. Then add margarine. Cool. Add 2 Tbs. mayonnaise dressing. Mix well then refrigerate. Keeps some time.
For coleslaw: Add 1 head cabbage, shredded, 3 or 4 carrots – shredded, couple small apples, 2 small eating size boxes of raisins.
