The Obverse is a G-04 and the Reverse is a G-06 but with damage, so if it received a grade, it would likely receive a grade of G-04. It is a Semi-Key Date, so it is likely someone would pay around $100 for the coin.

Doesn't the positioning on the reverse "s" mint mark look a little offset? Normally the mm would be dead center below the tail feathers, wouldn't stand to reason. Comments by experts!

Hey Dozer, The mint Mark is either above the D in dollar or it will be between the R in quarter and D in dollar. The one I do not have is more scarce. Thanks for looking! HH

Since during that period mint marks were punched by hand their isn't one position.
