Found this fine piece of brass work in a colonial cornfield. 3 3/4" x 7/8"ID x 1/8". Not Japan, US!

Garden tool was my thought but then I would want something made of iron/steel. I had this cross-posted on another site and someone suggested this. I think it may be a match but I need to find the rest!
