I found this Button at Colonial landing inn NC on Wednesday. It’s 35mm, 1 pc. With (6) 6 petal roses(?) similar to the Tudor rose. The button center has a circle of rays, currently unable to discern center motif. Any ideas or thoughts to its significance in the possibility of identifying this site? Military, civilian, commemorative, or representative? English, Scottish, or American? Also I found a 1739 George II Penny and 1776 King George III half-penny. All help is greatly appreciated…
