Agreed, I was thinking the last letter might be an N, or H?
But trying it as an N led nowhere.

American Antique Pewter | BOARDMAN 4” PORRINGER

THOMAS BOARDMAN WAS A PROLIFIC PEWTERER, WORKING FROM 1804-1872. DURING THIS TIME HE MADE A MULTITUDE OF FORMS. MANY PORRINGERS WERE MADE INCLUDING THS 4 “DIAMETER ONE, MARKED”T.D. & S.B.”, REFERENCE #523 IN AN AMERICAN PEWTER COLLECTION. THIS PORRINGER HAS A NEW YORK OR OLD ENGLISH HANDLE WITH A BOSSED (RAISED CONVEX DOME IN THE INTERIOR BOTTOM) BOWL. THE CONDITION OF THE PEWTER AND MARK IS VERY GOOD.
