Probably a Commercial Club there. You would have to check the old records to see what they did, and when they were active. Still, a nice token.

Commercial clubs (and similar organizations) often had a bar, billiard tables, and/or card tables in their rooms - a more respectable place for the businessman to tell the little lady where he would be spending the evening than at the local pool hall or saloon. Since admission was generally restricted to members and perhaps their employees or guests, they were indeed more respectable and orderly.
