Alot of the silver plating is worn off , but I was wondering what Roosevelt Court No. 3 O. of A. means . and the P. R. M. after her name . Thanks !

The "H. L." before her name = Honored Lady; "O. of A." = Order of Amaranth; "P. R. M." = Past Royal Matron.
