Comming to hunt maryland. need some advise.

Hi all, Coming to visit my bro and nephews over the fourth of July week. I am interested on hookah diving on the old Chesapeake beach pier. I would appreciate anyone who know the location and the ins and outs of access to the location to give me a heads up, or better yet join me and my hunting buddy. I have enough gear to accommodate another diver / detectorist. Not sure but we might need a boat?
