Was trying to get a photo of a bee that was collecting pollen
from this flower. He flew away and left the pollen scattered
on the bottom flower.

We are still in sudo-summer next week looking like mid to high 90's.

The bees have been erratic, lots of hive splits in the spring here.
6 deaths due to Africanized bee attacks this summer and 2 dogs.

Common hedge hog cacti range from Mexico to Canada.
