Communist Button?

I found these 2 buttons while metal detecting an area where the town holds a flea market every weekend during the summer. They are Gold in Color and on the front they have a Star with the Hammer and sickle on them and on the back they have 2 small stars 89 and the work Mocwtamn. Any ideas would be aprreciated.

Unfortunatly, they are a modern button.. the '89 is the year of maufacturing. These were made in '90 and are being sold for $1.99/doz.:
