Confederate Block I button Shelbyville TN

I found a rare CS183 tin back BlockI button today. It was hot 🥵 & I wanted to quit after I ran out of water & Gatorade. The artillery site we were detecting was “hunted out” so I focused on scratchy signals with the Equinox 600. Late n day I recovered a Block I button at 12 inches deep. I was ready to go, but on the last hole my detecting partner also recovered an I button from same coat. A great 👍 detecting day!

Very nice , crazy IMO that it;s your 1st Tin Back "I' , as most of my Confederate Buttons are Tin Back 'I' 's & Rare finds indeed .
