connect ws4 headphones to remote or not

iam kinda confused on wheather you connect the headphones to the remote or the coil? ive looked in the book seems like you connect it to the coil thank you

The answer is "it depends." With the remote on, the coil transmits to the remote which in turn transmits to the WS4. Without the remote, the coil transmits directly to the WS4, so you can run with just the remote and the built in speaker (or plug in wired phones), just the WS4, or, most common, both the headphones and remote. So to start up Deus, I turn on the remote, let it initialize with the coil (holding the coil in the air at waist height). Then when the remote is sounding off, I turn on the WS4 headphones. If you then shut of the remote while detecting, the coil will eventually "fail over" to the headphones after about 30 seconds or so. HTH
