Looks Paleo to me, maybe take another pic without flash might give more details. Whats the size of it? Congrats on the find :thumbsup:
 

Could be about anything. Outline doesn't mean a whole awful lot. You really need to fill in on the details before anyone can help with any degree of accuracy. For instance, where was it found?


McKean, Wheeler, Humboldt, Rice, Kinney, etc.......there's a ton of points out there that have the form, but aren't paleo.

I know that much,guess that is why I was asking.I know by showing any picture at any angle,it is hard to pin point to be for certain.I,ve found a few in my days and know that trying to be able to identify everything would probably have to get my masters on the subject.I appeciate your input.I found this site looking for a forum on privy digging.I do some metal detecting too though I have not found much.Most of my finds are from southern Ohio,northern Ky.This one was found in Brown co. Ohio
