Contacting members?

I was looking for a way to get a hold of a member that I haven't seen online in a while. All I was able to find was current online members. Where is the directory of all the members so I can send one an email? ie Where is cptbill?

On the top list...there is one that says Members...you should be able to find him or her in that list..Think it lists everyone.

The "top list"? Not understanding. sorry, maybe it's right in front of my eyes and that is why I cant see it.
