I'd like to get some info on this plate/dish I got at a store. I believe it's hand blown and there is what seems to be a pontil scar on the bottom. This dish is very crude with TONS of bubbles. The pictures don't really do it justice and it's more light green than teal or blue like in the picture. Any input would be appreciated.

Just my thoughts, but I see Margaritaville from here, or perhaps Guanajuato.
 

either Mexican or a one off made by a hobbyist.
 

Hope you guys know it's not the right shape for margaritas! JK
