Cool homemade filter, interesting photos.

I decided to be creative and make some kind of "filter" on a lens for my Nikon D5200. After some experimentation with different things I tried, I was able to get some cool photos. I basically just put tape on the edges of the lens, leaving a small un-taped area in the center of the lens, resulting in a cool vignette. It also gives the photos an "old" or rustic look.











Here are some photos I took with it around my property. I also have a photo of my setup, which may not be that pretty but at least it works

Here's a photo with and with out the "filter" Not the best photos I took today but my only ones the demonstrate the difference between the tape filter and a normal lens.
