that is cool. I probably would have been a bit excited to see something so unusual, and potentially valuable, staring me right in the face.

I have one of those in my collection, along with a 1908. The 1921 is a semi-key for the series. The key would be 1905, however it is still pretty cheap. Value of your coin:

F VF XF UNC BU
$8 $16 $40 $85 $140

1,896,000 minted. I would say this is a nice find. Though, likely valued considerably less than $8, it is worth more than $0.50 for sure. Thanks for sharing a nice ender!!!

The coin is probably less than "Fine" and the Krause values are not going to be ideally precise with value

Thanks for the info guys. Definitely going in the foreign keeper pile.

;D I love my foreign coin pile, the only 2 half dollar foreigns I have ever come across were a 2008 panama medio balboa and a 2000 ecuador magnetic coin, none of which were an ender, so you were lucky to get that nice coin as an ender. :)

Ecuador 50 centavos? Ecuador uses the US dollar, however, they make their own coins that have the same value as American coins. Unfortunately, we may soon also have the same composition of steel also. :BangHead:

First one of those I've seen as an ender...might want to add it to ckrakowski's ender thread.

HH,
CD
