Copper buckle with lances and pennons from Napoleon Army

i found this buckle in Poland. In rewers I can see ,,EP'' Signature. Please for information about it.

I don't think this is old enough to be Napoleonic. But I am not an expert on buckles or Napoleonic wars...

I found this hat badge with a similar theme of crossed lances.



It is early 20th Century Ottoman/Turkish.

but my is without gold plated, and have signature. I am not sure about second imerium?
