🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Copper disc maybe a container lid

11 inches , looks like a horse stepped on it. Reminds me of a container lid more then a pan. Hole is .50 looks like a bullet. Composition is copper. Any ideas? From logging area 1880s and on in northern ny. It appears it was crimped to something iron or tin..

It probably isn't but it almost looks like a hub cap with a hole for a valve stem.
