Thanks I tried googling that but I couldn't find anything that looked like it. Would a canvas snap be that big? What would the canvas be used for?

If it is canvas, canvas was used for a variety of things. Cotton-pickin' sacks. Tents. I thought it looked more like a lasp on a pair of heavy cotton overalls. - Noodle

i just popped the same thing out of the ground thats crazy
