✅ SOLVED Copper or Brass find of the day.

I found this about 8 inches down and at first I thought it was some kind of bullet or something to do with a gun. But the more I look at it I'm wondering if its not an old heating element. On the top it says Avon Products Inc. Dist NY and on the bottom it says B. Crimson. Any help would be great. Thanks.
