✅ SOLVED Copper rosette? With there Roman soldiers?

Thoughts?
Found in the north east.
Rang and tarnished as copper. Measures about two inches.
Looks like three Roman soldiers.
Three clip like tabs on reverse. May have been a fourth, who knows.

I am pretty sure that is an old radiator emblem off of a Graham-Page automobile.
