I had a small pocket knife single blade that I found once(not Mding) that said the same thing.Rolled Gold. I dont know what it means but if I can find it I'll post a picture of it too. Tell Chester good going and tell him to stay out of your yard next time. ;D
 

Rolled gold - a product resulting from fusing over a base metal a thin layer of gold,and then rolling it into sheets of varying thicknesses.Cool find !! WTG!!

The watch ain't really that bad. A little duct tape and 3-in one oil probably could have it running in no time! ;D. JIM
