Corner off of a Sea Locker??

I dug this just before dark. Does anyone have the website (s), that will identify an item that has been awarded a patent?

The website at the link below has a Search function which lets you enter a US Patent number, and the website will instantly retrieve a .pdf copy of that Patent, and display it on your computer monitor. For a patent on a physical object, the Patent info consists of a diagram which names the object, along with a detailed text section which describes the object and how it functions.

Here's an example of an early (1892) US Patent document, which includes the Diagram section and the Description/Specification section.

Apparently it is a broken I.D. tag that was attached to a machine that helped make glass products.
