Could this be a 'Club' ?

Acquired from an Old Timer's collection: reportedly from Ohio/Indiana. It sure looks to me like it has been worked by Man. The extremely reputable Raven's Relics (P.K. Frey) is currently showing a very similar artifact that he calls a 'Club.' What do you think?

I can go with that: a tool of undetermined usage.....
