No. Likely just a rock.
 

That sucks. I see a mushroom in there. Maybe I should get my eyes checked.
 

Flip it over. You should be able to see the / a stem. Otherwise it's a leaverite. Don't fret! looking for flakes & pickers makes your eyes go weird!

I see a mushroom, but I know nothing about fossils (or mushrooms).
 

I looked up fossilized mushrooms and your item does resemble what is being shown.

There is nothing on the back. Youre not kidding. Looking for gold does make your eyes go weird!

Thats what got me really looking at it. I am now wondering if it may be horn corral. We find a lot of that here.
 

Giving a size for reference would help. The center does look similar to a cronoid stem.
