Mayhaps started but not finished,it could be worked.But it could be tumble divits tho....not sure.How was it found?

It was found in the same field as the last point i found. also the concave spot fit's the finger perfect.

Looks like a unifaced thumbnail scraper to me. A drove of flake and then a quickly worked edge probably for a quick task and then discarded. Expendable tool. Nice find.
