Could this be (part of) a meteorite?

Hello,

I found this thing last week during my camping holiday at the Black Sea. It was 600m away from the shore, sitting in the sand dunes. There are no buildings, roads, or any man made stuff in the area. It's attracted by magnets. Is it more than a piece of old metal ? Here are some images:
