I watched a Space Shuttle bast off in the early 1990's one time when I did a 6 month project in Gainsville, FL. Sad they don't do that anymore, cuz I never saw anything made by man more awesome then that.

Yes, they were fun to watch, I watched many of them go up and return, sadly, I also watched the Columbia go up on her last mission when they didn't come back...

No, it is the shuttle that disintegrated over Tx and La on re-entry in 2004.......
