Nice stuff! Are you hunting Cecil County, or is that neat dog tag out of place?

That's some nice finds cool dog tag too....:occasion14:

Fine assortment. Seems like a lot of people have been finding dog tags lately.

I've never dug a heel tap,how,old,do you think it is?

Super Hunt! Nice!! :hello2::skullflag:

Looking good, Art. Looks like a great crotal bell and always nice to find large coppers, even if they are toasted.

Nice finds for a few hours, sure makes me want to head outside before the rains.

Some really cool finds there. I'd call that a excellent day out. Congrats !!

I always love an intact crotal bell. The heel plate is very nice too. I'd love to find even one toasted copper from way back when? Nice to see you getting some nice finds Art.:icon_thumright:

great finds, love the bell

A fine hunt! Nice!

Excellent bell! I've only ever found one, and I was thrilled with it

Given the other finds that were found and digging heel plates over the years I'd put them in the late 1800's dating or into early 1900's.

Nice haul from the hunt, something about digging bells-I never tire of seeing them pop out of the dirt. There's so many different sizes and shapes and it helps date a site also if the bells have maker marks I find that the winner of the day.
