Couple of bad weeks and what is this?

I have had 2-3 weeks of lousy coin roll searching. This weeks 6k produced 1 90 and 8 40s. Anyone have a clue what this is and its value? The Eisenhower is for size comparison.

Neat! I THINK it's a chinese new year coin. The symbols on the outside ring represent the years (year of the snake, year of the dog etc.) The chinese symbols circling the hole MIGHT make reference to "happy new year" or something like "year of the snake." I will have someone translate the chinese characters for you. I AM JUST GIVING MY BEST GUESS WHAT THE CHINESE CHARACTERS MIGHT SAY ...Give me a day or two for the translation. Neat find thanks for sharing. very cool.

OK update it's a Chinese charm showing the zodiac signs (pig, dog, snake etc) The Chinese Characters above each animal is the name of the animal. (nothing to do with new years...my bad). Cheers! hope this helps.
