the second one looks like a tap off a shoe.

I think the 2nd & 3rd pic's a heel-tap. From what I understand toe taps had multiple holes to permit them to be sewn onto the front edge of a shoe's sole. Heel-taps were applied with small nails or screws. But it's kinda hard to say due to the fact it has that toe-tap shape.
Either way it's a cool find .. Congrats :icon_thumleft:
