Couple of whatsits

Hello again everyone. Got a couple of things here was hoping someone could tell me what they are. The first one is a peice of flint, maybe a preform or scraper? and the second thing I really have no clue if it is actually somthing or just a rock? Its about 4 1/2 inches long and one end is broken off. Thanks.

The texture of the rock in the second picture looks similar to a petrified bone I found.
The piece I have is pale in color and you can clearly see the marrow of the bone
if you look at the broken ends. I have no idea what kind of bone it is, the closest
dinosaur bones I know of are found approximately 30 miles from where I
found it. It is about an inch long and about a half an inch in
diameter. I will post a picture.
