I'm keeping at this trash pit (found under a couple of big rocks) and having a grand 'ol time. The dirt is almost like sand making it easy to dig. No need for a shovel.

Here are a few more interesting items dug out in about an hour of work.

The first one looks like a cufflink to me or a spool of some sort. Good shape.

The strip is two pieces connected together found almost melded against the trunk of a big old oak near the pit. I had to pry it off and was surprised it stayed together pretty well.

I have no clue about the circular item with the three pieces, found next to each other by the same tree.

Whether or not it is something, I really like the ring....it is in pretty good shape.

Any thoughts? I'd appreciate them.

What size is "strap" looking item ?

Almost looks like a type of "barrel hoop" I have seen.

The first one I think is a sort of leather rivet, the second looks like a ring for some part of horse tack
