Bought these three for $1 each. Think they are cow skulls. Thought they were neat looking. One is painted black.

Those look more like deer skulls to me.
 
Ha...I can see why you say that. Perspective is tough in pics. They are like 14-16" long. That would be a monster deer. Horse maybe, but I think cow.

Not a horse skull. They have top incisors, cows and other ruminants (like deer) have no teeth but soft tissue dental pads on the top front.
 
They are cow skulls, at least the two white ones are. The black is hard for me to see, but the white ones have indications of horns. Perhaps they were de-horned when young, or they might be naturally polled cattle. I haven't seen enough cow skulls to be an expert on horns.
