Neat! Are those crabs like crawdad size? What is a seagrape tree? And what is the local addition to the McD's menu?

Crabs are the size of your hand minus the legs. Seagrape trees are a tropical hardwood that normally grows near the sea but also inland.
I don't know what's new on the menu, I just get a Big Mac.
