creek find

only find this weekend from a creek that runs below the camp my spear point came from, only the second time ive searched it, alot harder to find a rock in rocks than dirt but ill be goin back soon. the tip is gone and has been for a while i think....hope the flaking shows up...any i.d. ?

Let me see Celt , preform are my two guesses I would go with small celt nice find !!!!!

Could be a scraper or knife but its hard to tell without holding it

In the first pic it shows secondary flaking on all edges so it isnt broken. Looks like a large scraper/ knife. Its a very nice looking one.

it is broken, im pretty sure it had a tip and it has a base, just cant get details to show in pics sometimes, i think it is a spear point and had a educated second opinion on that after the original post. in hand it is much easier to see this, so any opinions on what i have if indeed a spear point? it was not far from my hell gap point and has "similar" ,in my opinion, flaking. again these pics realy do the piece no justice, and the tip is missing from the right side of the first pic and in hand is clearly broken, an old break i believe
