Found at local park No marks that I can find, appears to be black onyx stones my guess . Non magnetic( worth taking to get checked out ) ??

It looks like bling or swag to me. The bump trimming thing took off somewhat recently and continues in what I call "the ICE period", and the finish is unmarred by corrosion, or even corrosion buildup.

I wouldn't waste money getting it checked out, but if you have a local coin or metals guy you could have them look at it. It's not gold or gold plating definitely, likely plated nickle, but I couldn't say for sure what it's plated with.

It's still a really nice find. One of those finds I could give to someone who asks what I actually ever find. You should stick in a modern coin for your reference shots in the future, took me a while to get scale info for a Gerber lid.

Looks like marcasite jewelry which is actually made from pyrite (not true marcasite)
