crude bubbly glass canteen?

I haven't come across anything like this yet and everything I find online doesn't look this crude. Most of the canteens don't have handles and have a smaller uniform neck. Never seen this many bubbles in a glass piece. It measures roughly 5" by 5" by 2" and weighs approx. 11 oz.

Reminds me of the Mexican art glass from the 70's.
Used to see it in the tourist shops.
