Will a bank except (or replace) coins that have holes or squared off edges?? Just wondering we sure are finding alot of these lately!!

I operate a little snackbar. The bank gives me new currency when I give them ripped and tattered currency. They won't replace counterfeit money. That's a police matter. Ask them. I bet they will replace the beat up clad.

I've had them refused by a bank.

me too. told me they didn't want my steeenking looking money, that they only wanted my checking account direct deposit clean as the virgin snow money.

So, now I got a bunch of beat up, fertilizer eaten, corroded to the max, grangly lookin pennies that aren't worth the price of the copper they ain't made of.

Russ & Cindy You can get a coin tumbler at kellyco. It works pretty good on clad. They are pretty cheap. Or just put them in a coin wrapper with all your other coins an take them to the bank. see ya . Cotton
