CUD Nickel/Possible off-strike 1984P Nickel

Hi folks,

I was hunting a box of nickels today and found this beauty. Will you all please verify that it is or is not a CUD and/or off-strike error? You all have much more experience with errors than I do, so any expertise would be much appreciated.

CUD is definite, 1st I have seen on the 84-P. is the rim at date and liberty dented or normal. try a better photo in daylight & tight focus. value of the CUD= $20+

It's off center, just not enough to add value. Sorry man, off center is usually worth something when part of the design is missing.
