Cufflink? Tie-Pin? Mother-Of-Pearl (also posted in Today's Finds)
I found this item (that looks like a pawn chess piece) in the soil where I have found lots of late nineteenth - early twentieth century coins. The face appears to be Mother-Of-Pearl and the body is brass or copper. Just curious as to its former use. The last picture was included to show its size compared to a Mercury dime and Indian Head pennies. Thanks.
