Doubt it, more than like hay was recently cut, raked and baled in that area. the house used to be acorss the road from the barn next to the tree.

The house that is gone on the newer pic is just from 1900 - 1930, but from local books ihave found farming activity on that farm since the 1530s, not saying the square is the house foundation, only that the stone wall around it may have been around a house at one point
