Cut or What

I found this recently on a Florida beach where I often find fossilized turtle bones and shell.
I'm not sure if this is turtle or not, but I noticed an area on the fossil that at first I thouht for sure was cut a few times with a cutting instrument. I am not so sure of that now. I am posting a few photos and would like to know if you think it shows cuts from a cutting instrument or teeth marks, or what. The fossil is about 1.5 inches square.

Hmmmmm...cut marks found on a fossil bone in Florida?.....Paleo indian kill!!..we find lots of that here from the Ice Ages
